Description
Target Practice is a Military skill that unlocks Garrison Archers for your settlements. These standing units are always at hand to defend your island in case of invasion. Garrison Archers require no workforce, but also cannot embark onto ships.

Unlock Requirements
This is a Discovery-type skill, which makes up the majority of skills in the Anno 117 skill tree. To research it, you must first reach it via a research path. Some discoveries require additional conditions to unlock, such as housing a specific population type in Albion.
