Description

Warehouse Refinement is an Economy skill that unlocks the ability to upgrade Warehouses to the next tier. When unlocked, upgrading your Warehouses adds more loading ramps to avoid congestion, improving the flow of goods throughout your settlements.

Economy skills primarily improve production by enhancing production buildings, increasing the number of workers available, or unlocking completely new mechanics.
