Civic is a skill category in Anno 117: Pax Romana that focuses on city administration and social infrastructure.
Overview
These Discoveries will transform the social fabric of our cities. Civic skills offer many upgrades for city administration, ranging from powerful attribute area effects to improvements for Medici, Vigiles, and Custodes. Civic skills make managing your cities significantly easier.
